Delivery Options
CBD Edibles UK provides Priority Shipping through EMS, USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, and TNT. We use Signed-for 1st Class Delivery, fully trackable, with no signature required upon collection.

Delivery Time

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 4:00 PM  Monday through Saturday will be shipped the same day (excluding holidays).

  • Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

  • Express Shipping: Delivered overnight (24 hours).

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2–3 business days.

Most express shipments are delivered within the above timeframes, though delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Packages are discreetly and securely packed (using Jiffy bags, boxes, or envelopes).

For most locations, orders will arrive within 1–3 business days, though deliveries to remote areas may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free.

  • Express Shipping: £7 per order.

  • USA (All 50 States): Orders typically arrive within 5 business days.

  • International (South America, Asia, Canada, Europe, USA, UAE, Australia,NZ): Delivery takes 3–5 business days.

All parcels are sent in secure, discreet, and unbranded packaging.

Lost Parcels
If your item is not delivered:

  • Within 5 working days (UK)
  • Within 7 working days (rest of the world)

Contact us with your order ID and tracking number, and we will investigate.

Returns & Replacements
In the rare event that you receive the wrong product or an unsatisfactory shipment, notify us so we can arrange an exchange. Once the incorrect product is received and verified, the replacement will be processed.

Note: Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Refunds or returns are not possible after dispatch. Cancellations or amendments must be made before dispatch and will incur a 10% surcharge.

International Transactions
Some transactions on our website may be processed internationally. If your credit or debit card is set for domestic use only, this may result in a decline. To resolve this, we offer a variety of payment options.

Tracking Your Order
You can track your shipment directly on our website or the courier’s platform. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t receive an email, check your Junk Mail folder.

Guaranteed Delivery (Tracked Orders Only)
If your tracked order has not arrived within 5 business days, you qualify for a free reship. If customs confiscate your shipment, we will reship it, as all packages are sent in 100% discreet packaging.

Discreet Packaging & Secure Delivery

  • All orders are double vacuum-sealed to prevent scent detection by dogs or electronic sniffers.
  • Products are wrapped in scent-proof, oily plastic and packaged in boxes resembling electronics (e.g., PlayStation/Xbox cartons) for discretion.
  • Customized diplomatic-sealed packages are available to bypass customs.

  • Ensure your email, shipping address, and phone number are accurate to avoid errors.
  • Missing items or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Notifications after 24 hours will not be accepted.
